What Are Your Open Hours?
We are open Monday - Friday from 9am
to 4:30pmWe are not open on weekends or public holidays
Do I Need To Pay A Bond?
Most vehicles require a $300 refundable Bond providing the car is returned in same condition that it left the Cars for Rent yard other than normal wear & tear.
We do have some vehicles which require a $500 bond, please ask us for more information on booking.
Are There Any Age Restrictions?
You must be aged between 21 years old to 75 years old to rent a car from us.
Can I Rent a Car If I'm on P Plates?
No, your drivers licence must be a full licence with no restrictions to be eligible.
What If I Have an International Drivers Licence?
We accept international drivers licences, however if you do have an international drivers licence, it must be translated to English.
Is There a Minimum Rental Period?
Our minimum rental requirement is 2 days and there is no maximum term. You may keep renting the car as long as you like.
Can I Extend My Rental Period If Needed?
In most cases, yes. Simply contact us to arrange an extension.
Does Car Rental Include and Cover The Cost Of Vehicle Maintenance, Registration and 24/7 Roadside Assistance?
Yes, we take care of all Vehicle Maintenance, Registration and 24/7 Roadside Assistance.
Can I Take The Car Outside Of South Australia?
No, all cars must only be used within South Australia.
Does It Cost More To Add An Extra Driver?
There are no extra costs to add additional drivers.
Is There a Limit on How Many Kilometers I Can Do With The Car?
A kilometer allowance limit of up to 100 kms travel per day applies. This accumulates over the time you have the car, e.g if you have the car for 28 days your allowance will be 2,800 kms (If you go over this allowance, then a charge of 0.20 cents per extra kilometer will apply.)
Or choose the option to have unlimited Kilometers for just an extra $10 per day.
What Is The Insurance Excess?
Our standard insurance excess is $2,750, however this can be reduced down to $500 for an additional $10 per day.
What About Fuel?
All cars go out full and must be returned full. A $55 refuelling fee and the cost of fuel applies otherwise.
How Can I Pay?
We accept payment by Cash, Credit Card or Debit Card (Card Fees Apply)
What Are The Payment Frequency Options?
We offer either weekly, fortnightly or four weekly payment options to suit your preference.
What Other Costs Are There?
There are no other costs, except you simply need to pay for your own fuel.
What Happens If I Get a Traffic Infringement?
A $65 fine processing fee applies
When Can The Car Be Returned?
Cars can be returned any time between 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Please note:
The time that you collected your vehicle is the time the car is due back at our yard, e.g if you picked up the car at 10am is due back by 10am.
